Which personal data do I process?

When you visit my website or contact me, I may process the following personal data:

  • Name and address
  • Contact details (email address and telephone number)
  • Employer information (if your employer pays for the coaching programme)
  • Any homework assignments or notes from the coaching programme
  • Payment details (only when required for invoicing and administration purposes)

For what purposes do I use your data?

I use your personal data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Planning and providing walk & talk coaching and coaching programmes.
  • Maintaining contact with you (by email, telephone or WhatsApp).
  • Processing payments and complying with tax obligations.
  • Ensuring the technical functionality and improvement of my website.
  • Complying with legal obligations.

On what legal grounds is this based?

I process your personal data based on:

  • Consent (for example, when subscribing to receive a newsletter).
  • Performance of an agreement (for example, providing a coaching programme).
  • Legal obligation (for example, the statutory tax retention period).
  • Legitimate interest (for example, improving my website or services).

When you have given consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time by sending me an email. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.

Sharing personal data with third parties

I only share your personal data with third parties when this is necessary for providing my services, for example with:

  • Hosting and email providers
  • Software providers (such as scheduling and invoicing systems)
  • Website administrator

I have entered into processing agreements with these parties to ensure that your data is properly protected.

Retention periods

I do not retain your personal data longer than necessary. The following retention periods apply:

  • Name, address and contact details: maximum of 12 months after completion of a coaching programme.
  • Employer information (if applicable): maximum of 12 months after completion of a coaching programme.
  • Payment and invoice information: 7 years (statutory tax retention period).

When you unsubscribe from a newsletter or mailing list, your data will be deleted immediately.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data.
  • Have incorrect personal data corrected.
  • Request the deletion of your personal data.
  • Restrict the processing of your data.
  • Object to the processing of your data.
  • Request data portability.

Right to data portability

You have the right to receive certain personal data that you have provided to me yourself (such as contact details, intake forms or homework assignments) in a digital, readable format. You may also request that I transfer these data directly to another coach or organisation.

Please note: this right only applies to data that you have provided yourself. My personal coaching notes and analyses are not included.
