Five Steps Towards Lasting Change
My journey as a walking coach gained deep personal and professional meaning thanks to the Post-HBO Walking Coach Training.
It turned out to be much more than just a training.
For me, it became a path of personal growth, self-compassion, and learning new theoretical coaching methods alongside practical walking techniques.
Along the way, I discovered which values truly stand at the heart of my work: compassion, connection, and movement.
I found not only strength within myself, but also my own unique way of coaching.
This is how the CAROL coaching model was born: an approach that reflects who I am and how I guide others.
The model has grown out of my own experiences, my personal development as a walking coach, and the meaningful encounters with people I have had the privilege to accompany on their journeys in nature.
It is a model that is alive, evolving, and continuously deepening. Just like you and me.

The Walking Coaching Journey with the CAROL Model
The CAROL approach consists of five powerful walks, each one centered on personal development and natural growth. Every walk is linked to a key theme that captures the essence of that step:
1. Connection & Compassion
In the first walk, we focus on connection. Connection with yourself, with me as your coach, and with the natural environment.
This creates a safe foundation to explore what is present for you, arriving fully in the here and now.
2. Attention & Awareness
In the second step, we turn our attention to your current situation. What do you want clarity on? We take time to explore what lives within you. What is really happening? What do you long for?
3. Reflection & Space
During the third walk, we create space. You reflect on beliefs, patterns, and desires, connecting with your inner core. Out of stillness and movement, space arises to (re)discover your inner strength.
4. Orginal Strength & Personal Growth
Here, you make choices. What will you keep, and what needs to change? What gives you direction and energy? With new insights and trust, movement begins to unfold.
5. Letting go & Lopen
In the final walk, you release what no longer serves you and step onto your new path. Together, we translate your insights into concrete actions: small, practical, and always moving forward.
